Awoofshop Terms and Conditions of Service

BY CLICKING TO "I ACCEPT" BUTTON OR CHECKBOX IN THE REGISTRATION PAGES AND ANY OTHER PAGES, YOU ARE HEREBY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (THE "TERMS") AND ANY TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY SPECIFIC REFERENCE.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

In Order to track all transactions on Awoofshop all sellers MUST use our official courier company in shipping their products. If seller activates SMS function on personal account, he or she would receive sms messages whenever a music, movie is downloaded, when a product is bought on their personal store, sellers would also receive this sms messages in any part of the world on their mobile phone.

Avoid any service that implies an affiliation or partnership with Awoofshop.
Verify an escrow service's legitimacy by checking with state regulators.
Decline the transaction if the other party insists on using an escrow service that you're not sure about.
And once you find an escrow service you're comfortable with, be sure you understand:
What conditions must be met before the payment is released to the seller.
What the escrow service charges.
Which party is expected to pay the fee?

OUR ESCROW SERVICE
An escrow service (what is this) holds the buyer’s money for three days before released to seller. Upon accepting to buy a product a buyer pays the stipulated amount and the seller is notified via email or text about such transaction. Awoofshop will credit seller’s account but seller will not have access to funds until 12p.m of the third day, Awoofshop assumes after 3 days that products within Nigeria have been delivered and products same applies to sellers from abroad. A buyer is advised to report to Awoofshop if goods or product bought within Nigeria is not delivered on the third day of purchase on or before 10a.m of that third day. For international purchase if a buyer doesn’t get a tracking order of product bought on the third day by 10a.m he or she should report to Awoofshop for immediate action, mail us with item number of product bought ,mail us here complaints@awooshop.com As part of the Anti-money laundering act, we have the authority to report the transfer of funds exceeding $5,000 or One million Naira.
Awoofshop will not be responsible for the delivery of any product and we don’t recommend courier companies to our users.

YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
Upon accepting using Awoofshop, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of Nigeria, United Kingdom, United States and other applicable countries or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Awoof Ltd has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Awoof Ltd has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

PERSONAL ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY GUIDELINES
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Awoofshop of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Awoofshop provides authenticated security within the website www.awoofshop.com and is not responsible for security outside the website and security while logging into personal account. Awoofshop cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 5.

MEMBER CONDUCT
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Awoofshop, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. Awoofshop does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Awoofshop be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service. You agree to not use the Service to:

1. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

2. harm minors in any way;

3. impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Awoofshop official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

4. forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service;

5. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);

6. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;

7. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as shopping rooms) that are designated for such;

8. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

9. disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;

10. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;

11. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law and any regulations having the force of law;

12. "Stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs a through n above. You acknowledge that Awoofshop may or may not pre-screen Content, but that Awoofshop and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or move any Content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, Awoofshop and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the terms and conditions or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by Awoofshop or submitted to Awoofshop, including without limitation information in Awoofshop Message Boards, and in all other parts of the Service. You acknowledge, consent and agree that Awoofshop may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms and conditions of service; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Awoofshop, its users and the public. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. You understand that the Service and software embodied within the Service may include security components that permit digital materials to be protected, and use of these materials is subject to usage rules set by Awoofshop and/or content providers who provide content to the Service. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded into the Service. Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, further distribution or public exhibition of the materials provided on the Service, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. `

• REMEMBER SELLERS CANNOT CONTACT BUYERS ON AWOOFSHOP ANYBODY WHO SENDS YOU AN EMAIL CLAIMING HE HAS SOMETHING TO SELL TO YOU ON AWOOFSHOP IS A SCAMMER!! THIS IS THE FOREMOST THING YOU NEED TO HAVE AT THE BACK OF YOUR MIND . WE CANNOT AND NEVER BE HELD LIABLE FOR WHATEVER HAPPENS IF YOU ARE SCAMMED

• NEVER WIRE FUNDS VIA WESTERN UNION, MONEYGRAM or any other wire service, Awoofshop provides an online payment solution for people to pay for their goods and services - anyone who asks you to do this is a scammer.

• FAKE CASHIER CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS ARE COMMON and BANKS WILL CASH THEM AND THEN HOLD YOU RESPONSIBLE when the fake is discovered weeks later.

• NEVER GIVE OUT FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO A THIRD PARTY, EVERY PERSONAL INFORMATION GIVEN IN AWOOFSHOP IS SAFE, AVOID GIVING THIRD PARTIES CLAIMING TO BE FROM AWOOFSHOP YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS WE WILL NEVER SEND YOU AN EMAIL ASKING FOR SUCH DETAILS (bank account number, social security number, eBay/PayPal info, etc.)

Most scams involve one or more of the following:

• inquiry from someone far away, often in another country

• Western Union, Money Gram, cashier's check, money order, shipping, escrow service, or a "guarantee"

• inability or refusal to meet face-to-face before consummating transaction ________________________________________ Examples of Scams

1. Someone claims that Awoofshop will guarantee a transaction, certify a buyer/seller, OR claims that Awoofshop will handle or provide protection for a payment

2. Distant person offers a genuine-looking (but fake) cashier's check
