Awoofshop is a buying and selling website that provides numerous tools that enhances and empowers business organizations and individuals. Users on Awoofshop have unlimited access to solutions such as

- Market to electronics, clothes, furniture, properties, cars etc

How do I get started?
To begin using Awoofshop you need to register with us.
Click on the Register now link on the Home page
Fill up the registration form and submit
Go into your inbox of the email provided and click the link to activate your account

How do i pay for items i buy?

How do I Place Ads on Awoofshop??
For users to Place an Ad on Awoofshop they need to click on the Place an Ad link available on the Homepage or other pages to register after registering simply login and click on upload to upload and set the prices of your product or service. It's just as simple as A, B, C.

Note: This functionality is not available if you are not logged in

How do I buy a product on Awoofshop?
You simple search for the product or service you want, click to Buy Now. choose your method of payment and enter the details. The order will be processed and the seller will be notified automatically via SMS and Email.

How do I Transfer Money on Awoofshop?
Simply login into your Awoofshop account and click on the Transfer button available in the user control panel, it will display three choices which are
- Awoofshop member transfer
- Paypal transfer
- Bank transfer
Choose the mode of transfer you want and submit, the money will be sent and immediately a notification of transaction will be sent to your email address. You will receive an automatic email acknowledgement every time you request to transfer cash from your account.

How do I upload Audio and Video on Awoofshop?
Login into your Awoofshop account and click on upload, choose the mode of upload you want, choose Audio if you want to upload your music demo or choose video if you want to upload your short movie trailer and choose picture if you want to upload just your product picture.

How do I send SmS??
Simply click on the SmS, login in with your username and password which you used in registering to sell on Awoofshop, if you are yet to register do click on Place an Ad to register. After doing that login with the username and password, once inside the SmS control panel enter message details in the Quick send page and if you desire to send to more persons separate the phone numbers by adding (,) to create an Address book simply click on Address book and choose the Group Name you want to save your phone number(s) you can send a message to everybody available in your Group.

Can I schedule my SmS messages?
Yes you can, simply create and save the phone number(s) in your address book and click on Schedule, then enter the Date and time you want the message dispatched to the receiver(s). You can schedule a message for only 30 days.

Why can't I receive SmS notifications on my mobile phone?
This may be as a result of incomplete phone number, turning off of sms in the user control panel or improper format. Make sure your phone is entered in this format +23480523333333, if it is correct and you can't still receive notification please contact us here customercare@awoofshop.com

Can I Add money into my Awoofshop account?
Yes users can Add money into their Awoofshop account, simply click on the Add money feature available on the Seller control panel and copy the Bank account Number of Awoofshop, if you use the internet banking feature simply copy the appropriate Bank Account Number of Awoofshop and send the money, make sure your Bank Account Full name tallies with your Awoofshop username also state in the Note box your reason of sending the money. You will receive an automatic email acknowledgement every time you request to withdraw available cash from your account.

You can also add money into your awoofshop account by using paypal or your ATM card, simply click on the Add money feature and follow the instructions provided.

How can I withdraw money from My Awoofshop Account into my Bank Account without paying any charges?
Before a user can withdraw money into his Bank Account he or she needs to provide his Full Names as it is written in Bank account, provide Bank account Number and Bank Name. We DO NOT require any pin code or password of your Bank account Number. Awoofshop operates just three Bank Accounts which we can transfer money into upon request from user, others will follow later. A small charge will however be deducted.

How do I generate Awoofshop codes to sell on my website?
Its so easy, just register and log into the user control panel and click on Tools --> Generate code, enter the details required of you and click on generate code, after that paste the generated code on your website, simple!

How do I deliver my goods and services to buyers on Awoofshop?
A seller must add a shipping fee for every product he or she uploads on Awoofshop, the shipping fee will be deducted immediately and would be used to pay the courier company assigned to pick up the product and deliver to the Buyer. If buyer does not receive product paid for please mail us here with the transaction details support@awoofshop.com

Can I sell properties on Awoofshop?
Only authorized property Agents can sell or let properties such as land, houses etc on Awoofshop this is to avoid Money laundering and other fraudulent practices. Do contact Awoofshop if you seek further explanation into this please contact us here inspire@awoofshop.com

How much are my charged for transferring money within Awoofshop or transfer money to a Paypal user or Bank?
Transfers within Awoofshop are not charged but users who transfer money to Paypal are charged 7% of the amount, (Paypal actually charges 1.9% - 2.9% + $0.30 USD per transaction) and are charged 2% for Bank transfers.

Why should I add my bank account to Awoofshop?
Your bank account is an easy way for you to add and withdraw funds from your Awoofshop account. All bank transfers are done using Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT). This means that Awoofshop debits the funds directly from your confirmed bank account and deposits it into your Awoofshop account. This funding method is fast, simple, and convenient. Users are not charged anything for adding funds into their Awoofshop account. This also verifies the user's awoofshop account.

How do I receive money?
Members can receive money directly into their Awoofshop account from other Awoofshop members. Additionally, members can send "money requests" to others using their Awoofshop account.

Once you log into your account simply click the "Request" tab. And enter the user's email you are requesting money from and also the amount and reason.

Why can't I use my money immediately after a buyer buys from me?
When someone buys a product from a seller the money is Locked.Sellers cannot use their money immediately to give space for complaints which may arise from buyer, complaints such as Non-delivery of product, fraud, mis-delivery etc
Sellers will have their money credited into their Total Balance after the given shipping duration and seller can use money after then.

Can I transfer my money from Awoofshop into my Paypal account?
Yes you can, simply use the Transfer to Paypal function available in your seller control panel to transfer the money; Awoofshop will transfer the money into the Paypal account in your currency of choice.

How will I know my money has being transferred?
We will send you an email confirming the delivery of your money; this should be done within 48hrs and if you signed up for SMS notification you will be informed by SMS.

How can I change my password?
Login into your Awoofshop account, click on profile, enter old and new password and click on Update, your password has been changed!

I forgot my password how do I retrieve it?
Click on forgot password in the login in page and enter your email address, password will be sent to your box
